My ideal client is motivated to identify the roots of their problems and not just treat the symptoms. Often people seek therapy for depression and anxiety, very common complaints in my office. I find that trauma and unresolved pain are at the roots of these symptoms. I expect my clients to actively engage in the change process by completing homework and humbly seeking insight into themselves and others. I allow myself to be led by the Holy Spirit, trusting that God's timing is perfect and that he knows best what people need to truly heal. I enjoy helping people foster a relationship with their Creator, leading to deeper healing.
