In today’s world people are struggling more than ever with depression and anxiety and other mental health disorders. It is imperative to find a therapist that is knowledgeable, empathetic and non-judgmental- I feel that I meet that criteria. I have been working in the mental health field for more than 15 years. I work with adults 18 and up who have been dealing with depression, mood disorders, trauma and substance use. I utilize a strength-based approach to therapy which provides clients with a sense of empowerment. I have a lot of experience working with co-occurring disorders and work closely with medication prescribers.
