About

An interpersonal process group is for people seeking self-awareness and more fulfilling relationships. It is an enlivening, transformative experience that supports you in forming the relationships and sense of self that you long for in life. In a group, you will have opportunities to explore your habitual patterns as they emerge in the here and now with others. This can help you understand your present and your past in a new light. The group environment supports you in confronting what might feel unsafe, allowing you to build confidence in staying grounded and connected to yourself while remaining open and receptive to others. You will learn how to take interpersonal risks and try new ways of connecting. Group acts as a living laboratory where you can reclaim dissociated emotions and experiment with new relational approaches. This setting also allows you to practice articulating your thoughts and feelings towards others in a satisfying way, which is a critical life skill.
