About

One of the most critical components of effective therapy is developing a connection with your therapist. My top priority is making people feel comfortable in sessions and working towards achieving the different goals they have for therapy. My clients are able to share their thoughts and experiences through a non-judgmental and safe environment that I strive to cultivate. I often hear people in therapy say “I don’t know what to do. My anxiety is controlling my life.” Others have said, “My depression is so debilitating” or “I just need someone to talk to because I feel my relationships are spiraling out of control. I offer people a safe and calm space to explore these issues and develop beneficial and effective coping skills. I teach and help clients develop copings techniques as well as provide psychoeducation about depression, anxiety, and other disorders.
