I love helping people to overcome barriers and find strategies to achieve success in their lives. I foster a client counselor relationship with an environment of total acceptance for the individual, and believe that the client counselor relationship is very important. I value the experience each individual takes with me in therapy. I assist clients to take action in their lives based on their own values and believe that everyone can increase psychological flexibility and decrease psychological suffering. I work with clients to find ways to grow into the person they want to be by using therapy to facilitate positive changes in their life.
