Hello! I know that for many it can feel very overwhelming to start therapy. You’ve made it all the way to this page though, which is great! Please hit ‘contact’/reach out via email so we can chat some more to get your first appointment scheduled. In the first email you can expect to discuss things like insurance, availability, and a very brief description of your presenting symptoms(ex: I am seeking therapy for anxiety symptoms) as an initial screening to check if we will be a good fit. After that initial email, I will direct you through next steps such as new patient paperwork and scheduling the first session. I work with clients daily experiencing symptoms related to: anxiety, depression, life stressors and adjustment, relationship/marriage stress, trauma, chronic medical conditions/health issues, and work stress. I have additional specialty in the areas of LGBTIA(plus) populations, and pregnancy/post partum/new parents.
