I specialize in and accept Active Military, Veterans, and First Responders. Are you feeling down, unmotivated, struggling with intrusive thoughts or feelings, and just not enjoying life? Have you experienced a significantly stressful or traumatic event you can’t work through? Do you sometimes feel like you're reliving those events, suffer from nightmares, or poor sleep? Are you avoiding things that cause you distress? Are you looking to make a change around alcohol or drug use? If so, I’d love the opportunity to help you. My passion is working with the Military, Veterans, and First Responders. I enjoy helping people move forward through their past and present concerns to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression, find sobriety, and process traumatic responses such as PTSD.
