Everyone starts therapy for a different reason, so come as you are. Every person is capable of growth and change, but that doesn't mean that it is as easy as it sounds. My hope is that I can support you in reaching the goals we set out to accomplish in therapy. I am most passionate about working with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ clients, and more. I tend to work with individuals across the lifespan, but predominantly teens and adults. I utilize a variety of approaches in my practice, primarily Client-Centered therapies, EMDR, and Solutions-Focused therapies. Not every approach or technique is a one-size fits all, therefore I always encourage client feedback. The therapeutic alliance ought to be collaborative, not a one-sided relationship.
