My approach begins by establishing a therapist-client relationship where you feel safe to address your very real concerns. I believe that everyone is a unique individual that possesses an innate set of skills and strengths that can be used to address the many complexities that arise in our daily lives. My goal is to help clients build upon these skills and strengths they already possess, in order to achieve goals they desire. Together we will work towards establishing clearly defined goals that will hopefully lead you to the life you desire.
