We all go through difficult times and need some objective support. I work with adults who experience anxiety, trauma, grief or other adjustments to life transitions. Clients who come to me are often seeking someone to accept them and meet them where they are; someone who will help them learn how to use their strengths to make changes in order to find peace of mind and live the life they want. The work may be hard, and uncomfortable at times, but we approach it as a team to reach their goals.
