Now serving NC, SC, and FL by telehealth. My services include working with individual, couples, family counseling with adults, and adolescents. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. My training is in the areas of anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship issues, trauma issues, women’s issues (infertility and postpartum), and developmental transitions. I use a therapeutic approach that reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in cognitive-behavioral (CBT), person-centered, and I am Gottman trained. I view problems as generally being developmental in nature, and approach each person, couple, or family in a unique fashion. As your counselor, I am here to support you in making meaning, creating comfort, and uncovering resources to help you be your best self. Taking an evidenced-based, client-centered, cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your own pace to help you reach your goals.
