Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of North Carolina. I have 4 years of experience as a therapist, but over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Kentucky. I'm very passionate about helping individuals to address their challenges and live more rewarding lives. I am also licensed in the states of Kentucky and South Carolina. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients of all identities and backgrounds where you can be free to express your true, authentic self. I have a passion for helping people to become the best versions of themselves; and I have always been a sounding board for those closest to me. Mental health is a very important topic that is sometimes overlooked.
