Therapy is voluntary and I will focus on each person's expressed desire as to what they would like to work through. Building a rapport allows each client to become more comfortable with counseling and always ask where they would like to start. My approach is very unconventional as I am able to treat each person using various approaches allowing for comfort and a more laid back approach taking into consideration as to what the person expresses what type of approach they desire from a therapist. I am able to address the person's overall goals of treatment utilizing the desired approach they would like from a therapist. I am a passionate psychotherapist with strong communication skills adress each individual's expressed needs. I assess for diagnostic and approaches based on the person's goals. The biopsychosial model allows for a more comprehsive assessment of strengths and needs, being client-centered and solution focused. I provide a laid back safe and judge free zone!
