I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with individuals and couples. Since obtaining my license in 2018, I've dedicated my practice to supporting adults facing challenges with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorders, perfectionism, burnout, relationship dynamics, parenting and postpartum struggles, infertility, anxiety, and depression. It's paramount to me, that the therapeutic relationship be a safe and nurturing space. Clients can process, heal to feel like their life is theirs again.
