Welcome! I hold a BA in Psychology with a minor in Music from Saint Leo University. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. Since receiving my masters degree, I've worked in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and the Department of Juvenile Justice residential programs working with children and adolescents. I've obtained my licensure in mental health counseling in 2024. I believe in making my clients feel comfortable by spreading positivity as well as humor in sessions. My approach to therapy consists of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
