Hi, I’m Brandi. I work with adults and teens 12 and up, with a focus on those navigating moderate to severe mental health challenges. My background is in general psychology and clinical mental health counseling, and I’ve gained experience through community-based work and time spent on a suicide prevention hotline, where I was trained in crisis intervention and de-escalation. My current work centers on individual therapy with adults, helping each client create a personalized treatment plan based on their unique goals. I use a collaborative, person-centered approach that incorporates mindfulness, holistic techniques, and evidence-based strategies.
