Life is hard, especially for those who have experienced trauma, marginalization, or overwhelming stress. We all do our best with the tools we have. Therapy is a place to build new tools. This makes our lives and relationships more manageable. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions.
