I work with teens (14+), adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity issues, or low self-esteem. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself or others, I’m happy to support you. My style is warm, direct, and light-hearted—I believe in being real with each other. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it should also feel encouraging, empowering, and even a little bit human.
