I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. It is my focus to create a safe space for my clients, absent of judgment, that allows them to alleviate distress, grow as individuals, and work towards setting and achieving goals. My approach is client-centered. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to create a therapeutic relationship where trust can allow for the open exploration of thoughts and feelings. Common approaches I like to utilize include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, to name a few.
