There are many reasons why people seek counseling with me. Sometimes it's to deal with long-standing psychological issues with anxiety or depression. Other times it is in response to unexpected changes in one's life such as a divorce, a death or work transition. Therapy provides insight & new perspectives into life's challenges, creates solutions & confidence to make changes. I create a safe, warm, non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their choices & emotions so they are able to gain insight, self-confidence & new coping skills in order to navigate life's obstacles more effectively.
