I have 16 years of experience helping people who struggle with their mental health. I am experienced in working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, domestic violence/sexual assault, and mood disorders. My approach is one that is focused on empathy, active listening and respect for my clients. I focus on doing person centered work to help people develop coping skills to meet their goals and dreams for themselves. I believe in using a holistic model of treatment that includes helping address all the needs of a person to help them increase the quality of their life and well-being.
