I believe people already have strengths within them, even when life feels overwhelming or stuck. In therapy, I work alongside clients to help identify those strengths, build practical coping skills, and better understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Using a strength-based and CBT-informed approach, we focus on realistic tools that can be used both in and outside of sessions to support meaningful change.
