I work with clients who have faced the heavy burdens of trauma or complex trauma, at times compounded by struggles with addiction. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck in a cycle of pain, seeking a way out but unsure of how to begin. These needs often center around understanding and healing from past experiences, reclaiming a sense of self, and building healthier coping mechanisms. Ultimately, there is a desire toward emotional stability, deeper connections with self and others, and a life free from the grips of pain and possibly addiction.
