I have more than 25 years of experience in working with individuals from all walks of life. I have helped many people dealing with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, low self-esteem, and stress. Taking the step to enter therapy can be scary, but is often a very powerful experience. I believe that problematic early relationships can often cause roadblocks to happiness and satisfaction in one's current relationships. I provide a very safe, sensitive, non-judgmental environment where I can offer practical solutions to the problems of life, and offer the hope of positive change and personal growth.
