Currently Accepting New Clients... We are a small group practice of licensed counseling providers with available in-person or telehealth/virtual sessions. We provide you with a safe space to share the personal challenges that impact your emotional, relational, and mental wellness. The counselor-person relationship will be a collaborative approach to explore symptoms or behaviors that affects daily functioning and personal growth. Progress and recovery can feel easier when you have a helping hand. Our providers are experienced working with individuals who struggle with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, life stressors, relational issues, and trauma. Stress can affect you at any time during your lifetime. We are professionally equipped to support individuals in the age range of adolescents to older adults.
