My goal at Breakthrough Counseling is to meet you exactly where you are in your stress, brokenness, anxiety, depression, marital conflict, grief, addiction, etc. YOU are not alone. You may be going through a challenging time in your life but there is REAL HOPE. It starts with you taking the first step by calling me to help you. My therapeutic approach is individualized and will vary based on your needs, but it will always be genuine and respectful. My goal is to help you heal from the inside out, develop coping skills that will bring real change to your life.
