I have worked in the mental health space for over 10 years and found a passion in helping individuals meet their goals. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families, and adults with diagnoses including but not limited to adjustment/life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, behavioral concerns, Autism, trauma, crisis or dual diagnoses. My core training stems from a behavioral perspective and where a function of behavior may come from. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Behavior intervention.
