Life with anxiety, depression, or ADHD can feel overwhelming—filled with racing thoughts, self-doubt, or struggles to stay focused. My motivation to enter this field came from my own experiences of struggling to find support during difficult times. I deeply admire the courage it takes to begin therapy and the resilience people show in working toward a better life for themselves and their loved ones.
