Are you someone who tends to feel like an outsider and misunderstood? Do you want to make changes, but feel something is holding you back? Do you just want someone to hear you? If so, we could be a great fit! I am passionate about working with adults and older teens, particularly those in the LGTBQ+ community or those that have experienced trauma, somatic symptoms, and woman's issues. I take a holistic and humanistic approach using primarily art therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and DBT. No two people have the exact same life experience. I will walk alongside you to explore with an open and accepting mind. It is important in this work to find moments to laugh together so that the difficult things are easier to successfully work through.
