Rooted in a heart-centered and embodied approach, I support clients in reconnecting with their innate wholeness and authentic aliveness. I work with individuals who feel called to slow down, listen more deeply, and cultivate a more meaningful relationship with themselves. My work is informed by somatic psychology, transpersonal perspectives, and creative modalities that invite presence, embodiment, and self-awareness. I believe each of us carries an innate radiance and vitality. Over time, stress, trauma, and life experiences can make it harder to feel connected to this deeper sense of self. Through a somatic and transpersonal process, I help clients gently bring awareness to patterns held in the body and psyche, supporting integration and allowing new possibilities to emerge with greater ease. When the nervous system finds safety and regulation, it becomes possible to feel more grounded, present, and at home within oneself.
