As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients feel comfortable exploring their mental health symptoms and uncovering their passions. I believe that understanding one's passions and interests can be a powerful tool in navigating life's challenges and enhancing overall well-being whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and other prevalent mental health symptoms by utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, person centered, trauma informed approaches and narrative therapy.
