As a therapist, I offer counseling to adolescents and adults, both in-person and online by telehealth. I am dedicated to addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. I honor the unique experiences and strengths each person brings to the therapeutic relationship. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Somatic Psychotherapy approaches. I integrate these modalities into my practice, working collaboratively with clients to tailor sessions to their individual needs.
