I believe we have the ability to resolve all that hurts and to do so we must consider looking inward first. I believe our natural state of being is blissful and I am here to support you in remembering that state. I work well with clients who are looking to expand their awareness through self inquiry with the ultimate goal of living their most fulfilled and empowered life. I believe the quality of our relationships determines the quality of our life. I work from a psychodynamic lens which means I am curious about your first family system, how it impacted and informed your nervous system, guides you unconsciously, and keeps you stuck in outdated, unfulfilling, and hurtful relational patterns as an adult. I invite clients to be curious about and begin to create a loving relationship with their inner child.
