My name is Brenda Contreras, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW101878. Welcome to the first step on your journey. I support young children to adolescents, in learning to regulate their emotions, manage social challenges and thrive in all environments. I also provide family therapy to help when parents are feeling disconnected from their children or there has been a traumatic event or life transition.
