Welcome! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Heather Agid, and I'm an LCSW in Connecticut. If you're tired of faking a smile to get through the day or can't wait for bed as soon as you wake up, I want to help. I take a realistic, down-to-earth approach to highlighting my clients' strengths while understanding their difficulties, providing them with valuable tools to use independently for years to come. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young to middle-aged adults. My primary history of treatment includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and parenting.
