I shift the focus away from an over-identification of an illness model in order to use a lens that allows us to see the beauty within your own personal wellness journey. I integrate various therapeutic approaches and mindfulness techniques to promote self-compassion and self-awareness. I work to empower my clients to establish their own path and confidence by addressing mind, body, and spirit.
