I offer somatic trauma therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), sex therapy, and psychedelic therapy for people working through trauma, shame, grief, and sexual issues. If you’ve struggled to feel fully seen in therapy—or felt pressure to self-edit just to get support—this space is different. My style is warm, gentle, and rooted in the body. Together we slow down, listen inward, and help your system release old patterns of tension, fear, and disconnection. Healing happens when you feel safe enough to experience your emotions fully, without judgment or performance.
