I pride myself on challenging people to get uncomfortable and stay accountable to their goals otherwise what are we doing? I'd love to help you heal deep wounds you might not even know you have to stop unhealthy patterns so you can feel you're living the life you're supposed to live. I have a lot of experience in many areas but especially with complex trauma, adoption, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, relationships, and various life adjustments/transitions. I work with adolescents and adults.
