I am a warm and compassionate therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults. In my practice, I strive to help clients define and understand their obstacles, set reasonable goals and empower them to make improvements in their lives. Throughout treatment, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space, allowing clients to work at a pace that is comfortable for them. By sharing my positive energy and enthusiasm, I give clients the support and encouragement they need to create change.
