Welcome! I'm really glad you're here. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself and your inner world, you are not alone. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-awareness and connection, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in this work. As a Clinician-in-Training, I approach this work with warmth and intention, fostering a safe and brave therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged to bring all that they are to this work. I embody a person-centered, relational practice grounded in the belief that growth occurs through connection. I am particularly interested in working with adults across the lifespan who are navigating both mental health conditions and the everyday challenges of being human. I also celebrate working with individuals who may not identify with a specific diagnosis but are seeking therapy as a space for greater self-awareness, personal growth, and self-discovery!
