We focus on building an empathic relationship based on trust and respect where you have the opportunity to reconnect with your innate truth & sense of worthiness. I support you through challenging transitions, family conflict, grief, stress, and relationship issues. I use a holistic and somatic therapeutic approach that views the body as a whole system to gently address the unattended feelings stored in the body, release old patterns, and promote health & well-being. I specialize in grief, trauma, pregnancy, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum & menopause. I believe in a person's ability to heal and know themselves deeply. I enjoy working collaboratively to meet and empower people where they are in their own process of transformation. Family systems, inner parts work, somatic & energetics are my specialty.
