About

I’m an Independently licensed Mental Health Counselor, LPCC and CMHC in NM and UT. I graduated from New Mexico State with my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My goal is to assist clients to heal, find joy, and grow in life. I strive to work alongside individuals to establish goals that are strength-based and within the needs of what the client needs/wants. As a clinician I like to work with many different populations. I’ll often use modalities of CBT, DBT, & ACT. I am a EMDR trained therapist as well.
