My passion lies in helping you connect more deeply with what you are wanting for yourself. Together, we uncover the blocks that are getting in the way of your healing and success. My experience is drawn from working in residential treatment supporting individuals and their families as they navigate substance abuse and mental health recovery. In this field, I have worked in a variety of capacities which I believe helps me bring a uniquely skilled perspective and approach. I firmly believe in looking at one’s family of origin to discover patterns that were once necessary but are now maladaptive and have become blockages.
