Bright and resilient, they’re tired of white-knuckling it alone and crave freedom from substances, steadier moods, and renewed purpose. They know life can hold joy again but need a clear map, practical tools, and a therapist who sees both their pain and their potential. I weave CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and psychodynamic insight to turn emotional chaos into usable skills, process trauma at its roots, and rebuild a solid sense of self.
