I collaborate with individuals, couples, and families using a strengths-based and solution-focused brief therapy approach to remove obstacles blocking the way to an ideal life. As a basis of therapy, I use a systems approach, which maintains that we are all interconnected; relationships, families, and societal influences all impact who we are, and lasting change comes from a deeper understanding of these connections. As a licensed educator I offer life and academic skills development for students in grades 6-12. While I am an emerging therapist, I have 15 years experience working with youth and adults.
