In my practice I focus on treating trauma with EMDR informed by Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Many mental health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, addictions, and disordered eating can be connected to past traumas and conflicts between inner parts of ourselves. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal from these traumas, resolve inner conflicts, and to experience a more fulfilling life.
