I specialize in working with kids, teenagers, and young adults ages 11-22 and currently taking new clients in person and via telehealth. I have extensive experience counseling and working with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing a number of challenges including school and learning challenges, behavioral challenges, school avoidance, anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders. I utilize a strength based, individualized, person centered holistic approach to working with each young person and aim to provide a relationship and therapeutic dynamic which allows them to feel heard, understood, and cared for.
