I have experience in helping clients that struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence issues. I also have experience working with adjustment issues and addiction. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
