My whole life I've been less about the "what," and all about the "WHY." I am drawn to what is "below the waterline" in people, and I help my clients work through life's messy questions and challenges, so that they can better understand themselves, and break free from whatever they're struggling with. In life we're often taught to "suck it up," "keep going," "be tough," etc. and what we really need is someone to journey alongside us and help us carry the pain, and make sense of it all. I work with clients to help them achieve their best and their full potential, and to connect to themselves.
