Hello there! I'm Brian. My approach to therapy is tailoring treatment to each individual. We will begin where you are by building an empathetic and judgment-free environment. Then, we will understand your needs and challenges to develop realistic, achievable goals and coping strategies. I've worked with clients of all backgrounds to navigate social, emotional, and life stressors for 5+ years. My area of focus is emotional and relational challenges, trauma, disability or chronic illness, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and impulsivity.
